4.2 M3 Enterprises retains the right to use code, techniques, and methodologies developed during the project for future projects.

5 Termination

5.1 Either party may terminate a project if the other party breaches the terms and conditions.

5.2 Termination fees may apply, and all outstanding fees become due upon termination.

6 Limitation of Liability

6.1 M3 Enterprises is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

6.2 Clients are responsible for ensuring the compatibility of our services with their existing systems and software.
